Terms of Service

The main purpose of having a term of service is for: 

• To prevent demo users and paid users from decompiling, sharing, distributing and reselling GIG – Green Investments Group products. 

• To prevent doubleyourcash.com or any of its affiliates from being sued if GIG – Green Investments Trading Group loses money on their real money account and therefore your account will lose as well through the copy and share service.

• doubleyourcash.com has the right to update GIG – Green Investments Group anytime and to make future changes if needed as far as limiting GIG – Green Investments Group to fewer real trading accounts or computers per customer etc.

The details of this entire are explained below.

Your copy and share subscription of GIG – Green Investments Group to make use of our trades in your own account and such use is completely your own risk and GIG cannot be made responsible for any losses regardless by which cause they occur.

This use of any trial of GIG – Green Investments Group services, serves as your express acknowledgement and representation that you have read and understand these Terms & Conditions, and that you agree to be bound by such Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “Agreement”).

You understand and agree to accept this Agreement is, legally, the same as manually signing this Agreement.

 

No Liability by doubleyourcash.com (GIG – Green Investments Group LTD.)

As an independent and self-directed investor, you acknowledge that you, alone, shall be responsible for determining the suitability of your investment choices and investment strategies.

You can make your own choice when to accept or reject trade signals. doubleyourcash.com shall assume no responsibility for your investment choices and/or decisions. You shall not hold doubleyourcash.com, the company GIG Ltd, their employees and directors or any of its affiliates or payment processors liable for investment choices and/or decisions.

doubleyourcash.com cannot give you advice or make any comment concerning the nature, risk or suitability of any trade, transaction or investment strategy. Forex trading is risky and you can lose all of your funds.

doubleyourcash.com is not liable for any damage or loss, including but not limited to, any trading losses in your accounts, which may arise indirectly or directly from your use of GIG – Green Investments Group services. Additionally, you agree that no fiduciary relationship is formed and no fiduciary duty is owed to either party of this Agreement, by virtue of your service subscription.

You represent that you are of the age of majority as defined by the laws of the jurisdiction of your home of record, and that you are, therefore, able to enter into this Agreement and be bound thereby.

Personal Use Only – No Sharing

GIG – Green Investments Group services and any other products are for your personal use only. You shall not distribute, copy, reproduce, exchange, modify, or sell GIG – Green Investments Group Forex services.

For GIG – Green Investments Group Forex service and other product users, you specifically agree not to permit others to use your receipt or invoice number to operate GIG – Green Investments Group Forex service in any manner. If you attempt to share your received service by us (or login ability to our server) with any others, we shall irrevocably terminate your account and deactivate software. 

​

You shall receive a compensation invoice for your actions in the amount of $250.000 you’re your violation of this Agreement.

Terms of Subscription

Doubleyourcash.com reserves the right to refuse any customer at its sole discretion. You agree to pay the applicable charges and/or taxes that may apply for our services at the time they are due.

Doubleyourcash.com further reserves the right to change its charges any time by posting a modified price change on doubleyourcash.com.

Doubleyourcash.com makes no representation or warranty regarding its compliance with local laws in foreign jurisdictions, or regarding the appropriateness of the website’s content or its compliance with such local laws. 

You agree that GIG – Green Investments Group shall not be liable for any losses or damages you incur as a result of the unavailability of the Doubleyourcash.com website. This Agreement will be effective only upon our approval of your service subscription. Doubleyourcash.com reserves the right to report to consumer and securities credit reporting agencies any debit balance or negative credit information pertaining to any GIG – Green Investments Group Forex service subscription. GIG – Green Investments Group may terminate any or all services rendered under this Agreement at any time and for any reason.

You agree that GIG – Green Investments Group shall not be liable to you or to third parties for losses incurred directly or indirectly by causes reasonably beyond its control, including but not limited to, government restrictions, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, wars, strikes, terrorist attacks, exchange or market rulings, interruptions of data processing services or communications, disruptions in orderly trading on any market or exchange, unauthorized access or operator errors. You agree that GIG – Green Investments Group shall not be liable to you for any losses or damages incurred by you for any reason, including lost profits, trading losses and similar damages.

By subscribing to the GIG – Green Investments Group Forex copy and share service agreeing to the provisions set forth herein, you agree to receive all communications from divfinder.com via the internet or e-mail. This will include, but not necessarily be limited to, confirmations of transactions, statements, financial statements, notices of modifications to this Agreement, and other basic communications.

Communications sent to your e-mail address or provided through the website must be retrieved and read promptly. All communications sent by Doubleyourcash.com by any means shall be deemed to have been received by you. You agree to advise us promptly of any changes to your e-mail address. 

You agree to advise Doubleyourcash.com of any errors or omissions in any transaction or in the handling of your subscription. Failure to provide prompt notice of any errors will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the accuracy of all information sent to you.

Pre-dispute Arbitration Clause Disclosures

All parties to this agreement are giving up the right to sue each other in court, including the right to a trial by jury, except as provided by the rules of the arbitration forum in which a claim is filed. 

Arbitration awards are generally final and binding; a party’s ability to have a court reverse or modify an arbitration award is very limited. The ability of the parties to obtain documents, witness statements and other discovery is generally more limited in arbitration than in court proceedings.

The arbitrators do not have to explain the reason(s) for their award. The rules of some arbitration forums may impose time limits for bringing a claim in arbitration. In some cases, a claim that is ineligible for arbitration may be brought in court.

Subject to the limited exceptions described below, you agree to submit to arbitration any dispute between you and Doubleyourcash.com and/or any of its members, officers, directors, or employees. Arbitration may be initiated by either of us serving written notice on the other. The arbitrators’ ruling will be final and judgment on it may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

GIG Ltd. reserves the right to pursue legal action against you through the appropriate state and federal courts or other appropriate court of jurisdiction in the event Doubleyourcash.com determines you have committed fraud or other crimes against Doubleyourcash.com and/or third parties involving the funding of, or transactions in, your subscription(s) of GIG Ltd. products & services. In such cases, you shall be deemed by this agreement to have accepted it.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement with respect to your service subscription of GITG – Green Investments Trading Group products & services and access to and use of Doubleyourcash.com. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This Agreement will pass to the benefit of GIG – Green Investments Group LTD. successors, assigns and agents. GIG – Green Investments Group LTD. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any of its successors, subsidiaries or affiliates without giving you notice. In addition, you agree that this Agreement and all terms hereof, will be binding on your heirs’ executors, administrators and assigns.

Waiver, Modifications and Amendments

GIG – Green Investments Group LTD. failure to insist on strict compliance with this Agreement or any other course of conduct on our party will not be deemed a waiver of GIG – Green Investments Group LTD. rights under this Agreement.

Headings

The heading of each Section hereof is for descriptive purposes only and shall not be (a) deemed to modify or qualify any of the rights or obligations set forth herein or (b) used to construe or interpret any of the provisions hereunder. I, as a GIG – Green Investments Group LTD. Product subscriber, have read and understand this Agreement. Furthermore, my continued use of GIG – Green Investments Group LTD. Product shall constitute my consent to the terms set forth herein.
