I don't yet know the long-term effects of Ginseng and collagen, but I will come back to update my opinion on both products. The Bodymind and the probiotic are definitely two products that stand out for their quality and the strength with which I feel they help me. I also have to say that for a special day of celebration, these two products are great so that you don't have to go on such a bender the next day. As far as I can tell, I am pleasantly satisfied with these products and I am waiting for more and different ones to arrive. I have already read that the collagen is extracted from the skin of the seaweed and for a vegetarian like me it is great to have different options that do not require animal abuse...in the end...a seaweed is just another element of the protist kingdom which has no capacity for suffering.
